The programme fee is £1,500, whether paid in full or through an agreed instalment plan.
An instalment plan divides the total programme fee into three payments of £500: the first on acceptance of your place, the second two months before your cohort starts, and the third one month before your cohort starts. It is not a monthly membership or pay-as-you-attend arrangement.
Your place is confirmed when all of the following have happened:
If you purchase the programme online, by telephone or away from Free to Be SHE™ premises, you will normally have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract, without providing a reason.
The 14-day period begins on the day after your booking is confirmed and you receive your enrolment confirmation. To exercise this right, email a clear decision to cancel to info@freetobeshe.com. You may use the model cancellation form at the end of these terms, although you are not required to do so.
If you cancel within the cooling-off period and no services or digital resources have been supplied, all payments received will be refunded.
If you ask Free to Be SHE™ to begin providing services during your 14-day cooling-off period, for example an individual onboarding session, you must expressly request this.
If you subsequently cancel during the cooling-off period, Free to Be SHE™ may deduct a fair and proportionate amount for services already provided before receiving your cancellation. You will not lose the entire right to cancel simply because part of the service has begun.
If a service has been fully completed during the cooling-off period, your cancellation right relating to that completed service may end only where you expressly requested that it begin and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel once it had been fully performed.
Where digital resources are supplied immediately after enrolment, you will be asked to provide express consent before receiving access and to acknowledge how immediate access may affect your cancellation rights.
Free to Be SHE™ will not rely on the loss of digital-content cancellation rights unless the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
If you cancel after your statutory cooling-off period, the following approach will apply.
You will receive a refund of programme fees paid, less the fair value of any individual services already supplied at your request and any reasonable, evidenced costs that Free to Be SHE™ cannot recover.
Free to Be SHE™ will consider:
Any amount retained will reflect Free to Be SHE™'s reasonable actual loss and will not be used as a penalty. If your place is filled by another paying participant, this will be considered when calculating the refund due.
You may withdraw from the programme at any time by notifying Free to Be SHE™ in writing. Withdrawing does not automatically create an entitlement to a full refund; however, Free to Be SHE™ will not apply a blanket "no refunds under any circumstances" rule.
Any refund or remaining payment obligation will be calculated fairly, taking into account:
You will not be charged twice for the same loss, and Free to Be SHE™ will take reasonable steps to reduce any loss resulting from your withdrawal.
Choosing an instalment plan does not reduce the total programme price or convert it into a monthly subscription.
If you cancel or withdraw:
If a scheduled payment fails, Free to Be SHE™ will contact you and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Programme or resource access may be temporarily paused while an overdue payment remains unresolved. Please contact Free to Be SHE™ promptly if you experience unexpected financial difficulty. Any alternative arrangement must be agreed in writing.
The Free to Be SHE™ Programme requires a meaningful commitment to attendance and participation. Participants are encouraged to attend every live session wherever reasonably possible.
If you are unable to attend a live session, Free to Be SHE™ will provide access to:
These resources are provided to prevent unnecessary gaps in your learning and help you continue through the programme alongside the group. Because the missed teaching and learning materials remain available, a missed session will not normally entitle you to a refund, partial refund, fee reduction, replacement one-to-one session or cancellation of future instalments.
No refund will normally be provided where a participant:
Recordings and online materials maintain continuity of learning but may not fully reproduce the interactive experience of a live group session. If you expect to miss a session, please notify Free to Be SHE™ as soon as reasonably possible.
If exceptional circumstances or repeated absence mean that you cannot participate meaningfully in your current cohort, Free to Be SHE™ may, following a supportive review with you, offer a transfer into the next available 12-week cohort as an alternative to continued participation or a refund.
A transfer is intended to help you complete the whole learning journey without avoidable gaps. It is not an automatic entitlement and does not remove any statutory rights.
Participants who miss a live session will be given access to the relevant session recording and corresponding online course materials for the access period stated in their enrolment information.
Before enrolment, Free to Be SHE™ will explain:
Recordings and online course materials are for the enrolled participant's personal use only. They must not be copied, downloaded where downloading is restricted, shared, published, sold or distributed without written permission. Participants must not independently record live sessions or share another participant's personal information, contribution or story.
Where a recording cannot reasonably be provided because of technical failure, confidentiality concerns or circumstances outside Free to Be SHE™'s reasonable control, suitable alternative learning materials will be supplied wherever possible.
Free to Be SHE™ may occasionally need to reschedule an individual session because of illness, emergency, technical failure or another circumstance outside reasonable control.
Where this happens:
If a material change significantly affects your ability to receive the programme, Free to Be SHE™ will discuss an appropriate remedy with you.
Free to Be SHE™ may postpone or cancel the programme if fewer than 12 participants have enrolled by the enrolment deadline — the minimum number required for an effective group experience.
If the entire programme is cancelled, you may choose a full refund of programme fees paid or transfer your payment to a future Free to Be SHE™ programme.
If the programme is postponed, you will be offered the revised date. If you cannot reasonably attend, you may request a refund of fees paid for services not yet supplied. Free to Be SHE™ will not be responsible for unrelated expenses unless liability cannot legally be excluded.
If Free to Be SHE™ is unable to continue delivering the programme, participants will receive a fair refund for the part not supplied. Where reasonably possible, Free to Be SHE™ may first offer:
You will not be required to accept a materially different replacement programme.
If serious illness, bereavement or another significant and unexpected circumstance affects your ability to continue, please contact Free to Be SHE™ as soon as reasonably possible.
Free to Be SHE™ will consider the circumstances sensitively and individually. Depending on what has been delivered and what remains possible, options may include:
Where a cohort transfer is agreed, the conditions in Section 8 will apply. Reasonable supporting information may be requested where necessary. This provision does not guarantee a transfer or refund and does not affect your statutory rights.
Free to Be SHE™ may suspend or end a participant's involvement following a serious or repeated breach of the Participant Agreement, including:
Except where immediate action is reasonably necessary, concerns will normally be discussed with the participant first and an opportunity given to resolve them. Any payment or refund decision following removal will be fair and proportionate, taking account of what has been supplied, reasonable loss caused by the breach and Free to Be SHE™'s legal obligations. Removal will not automatically result in forfeiture of every payment made.
Free to Be SHE™ is an educational and personal-development programme. It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, crisis intervention or a substitute for professional healthcare.
If it becomes apparent that the programme is not an appropriate form of support for you, Free to Be SHE™ may recommend pausing or ending participation and seeking alternative professional support. Any resulting financial decision will be considered fairly under these cancellation terms.
Email info@freetobeshe.com and include:
Cancellation or withdrawal will take effect on the date your clear notification is received. Free to Be SHE™ will acknowledge your request and provide a written explanation of any transfer decision, refund, deduction or remaining balance.
Any refund due will normally be made within 14 days of Free to Be SHE™ agreeing or becoming legally required to issue it, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed, and without an additional refund-processing fee.
Where an amount is deducted, you will receive a clear explanation of how it has been calculated.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or replaces your rights under applicable UK consumer law, including your right to receive services carried out with reasonable care and skill.
If the programme is not provided as agreed or is not delivered with reasonable care and skill, you may have rights and remedies in addition to this cancellation policy.
