For more than 35 years, I've supported tens of thousands of women through therapies, coaching, teaching, speaking and transformational programmes.
I'm a qualified teacher, holistic therapist, coach, Reiki Master, award-winning entrepreneur and international speaker.
I created Free to Be SHE™ after recognising how many intelligent, capable women understand and support everyone around them — yet have never been helped to understand themselves.
My approach is simple: women don't need fixing. They need understanding.
I help women understand what has shaped them, recognise what no longer serves them, and make conscious choices that include them.
My mission is to support over one million women to grow into the most fully expressed version of themselves — confident, unapologetic, and free to take up space in the world.
One woman. One choice. A new trajectory.
Work with Toni AnnWhen asked to name three things that come to mind when working with Toni Ann, this is what women said — in their own words, not chosen or scripted.
Every woman who comes to Free to Be SHE™ is already whole, even in her moments of overwhelm. You are not too much, and you are not too little — you are exactly where you need to be to begin.
This isn't a race, and it isn't about becoming someone new. It's about coming home to who you already are, underneath everything you've had to carry.
Toni Ann has spent more than 35 years guiding women through change — not as theory, but as something she's lived herself. Her approach draws on neuroscience and nervous-system understanding, embodiment practice, and proven coaching frameworks, brought together with a close understanding of what shifts for women in particular, in midlife.
Women don't need fixing. They need understanding — and that's the space this work exists to hold.
Creating real belonging and shared purpose among the women we work with.
Leading with honesty and transparency in everything we do.
Meeting challenges directly, and growing stronger through them.
Meeting every woman with empathy, understanding and respect.
Building something that outlasts any single programme or session.
Helping women trust their own judgement and take ownership of their choices.
