About Free to Be SHE™

Is Free to Be SHE™ therapy?

No. Free to Be SHE™ is a personal-development and educational programme designed to support self-understanding, reflection and conscious choice. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical treatment, crisis intervention or specialist mental-health support.

Do I need to have everything figured out before I begin?

Not at all. You may simply know that you want to understand yourself better, recognise the patterns shaping your choices and begin including yourself more consciously in your life.

Will I have to share personal experiences?

No. You will always be encouraged to respect your own boundaries, and you remain in control of what you choose to share.

What if difficult emotions arise?

Personal-development work can sometimes bring emotions to the surface. You'll be encouraged to work at a manageable pace, use the grounding and nervous-system practices provided, and seek appropriate professional support whenever something falls outside the programme's scope.

Is this suitable if I am currently receiving therapy or medical treatment?

It may be, but Free to Be SHE™ should complement — not replace — professional care. If you are unsure, please discuss the programme with your healthcare or therapeutic professional and contact Toni Ann before enrolling.

Programme & Pathways

Choosing how you experience it

Do I need any previous experience?

No. The programme is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

How can I experience the programme?

You can choose a self-paced, guided group, one-to-one or retreat experience — see the full comparison.

How do I know which option is right for me?

Consider how you learn best, how much support you want, and how much time you can realistically commit. If you're still unsure, use the "Not sure where to begin?" prompt on the programme page, or contact Toni Ann directly.

What if I can't attend every live session?

Session access and catch-up arrangements will be explained before enrolment on the relevant programme page.

Is live support included with every pathway?

The self-paced programme is designed for independent learning and doesn't include regular live support. The guided group, immersive and retreat pathways all include live guidance from Toni Ann.

Can I pay in instalments?

Available payment arrangements vary by pathway and will be explained clearly before you commit — just ask when you enquire.

Is there a deposit option for the immersive or retreat?

Yes. Both require a deposit to secure your place, with the balance due before the experience begins. Full terms are shown on each pathway's booking page.

Retreat

The seven-day Turkey retreat

What is included?

Seven nights' accommodation, all meals, private chef, teaching, coaching, breathwork, meditation, Reiki, five excursions, a private boat, private minibus and dedicated driver.

No. Flights are booked separately, and travel guidance is shared before the retreat.

Will I have my own room?

Room options and availability are confirmed during your application.

Why is an application required?

The retreat is a small, immersive experience. The application helps ensure it's the right environment for every woman attending.

What happens after I apply?

Toni Ann will contact you for a conversation before confirming your place. See the full retreat brochure for everything else.

Suitability & Safety

Making sure it's the right fit

Is Free to Be SHE™ right for everyone?

It's designed for women ready to explore self-understanding and conscious choice. It isn't a substitute for crisis support, and anyone currently in crisis should seek appropriate professional help first.

What confidentiality can I expect in group settings?

Every group experience is guided to encourage safety, respect and confidentiality. You are never pressured to disclose more than you're comfortable sharing.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellation terms vary by pathway and are set out clearly on each programme's terms page before you book.
