Your contract is with Free to Be SHE™. The contract begins when your payment is accepted and you receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation will include or link to these terms in a format you can save.
The course is supplied for your personal development and education. It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric or medical treatment, crisis support, diagnosis, or a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Unless the sales page expressly says otherwise, the purchase does not include live group sessions, one-to-one coaching or therapy, personalised advice, retreats, printed materials, or unlimited contact with Toni Ann Martin.
The total price is £400, payable in full at checkout. Any applicable taxes will be shown before payment. Course access is normally activated once cleared payment has been received.
If a payment is reversed, charged back without proper basis, or later found to be unauthorised, access may be suspended while the matter is investigated. This does not affect any rights you may have in relation to an unauthorised payment.
For most distance contracts, consumers normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is entered into to cancel without giving a reason. Different rules apply when paid digital content is supplied immediately.
Before immediate access is activated, you will be asked to:
If you do not give both the express consent and acknowledgement, immediate access should not be supplied. Free to Be SHE™ may delay access until the 14-day cancellation period has ended or offer another lawful arrangement.
Where the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained and immediate course access has begun, a change-of-mind refund will not normally be available. This does not affect your rights if the course is faulty, not as described, unfit for its stated purpose, or otherwise not supplied in accordance with consumer law.
"Lifetime access" means ongoing access to the version of the Free to Be SHE™ self-paced course you purchased for as long as Free to Be SHE™ continues to operate and make that course available. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser, guarantee that a particular platform or technology will exist forever, or include every future programme, service or substantially new course created under the Free to Be SHE™ name.
Free to Be SHE™ may change hosting platforms, update the course format, replace obsolete technology, or revise content where reasonably necessary. If the course is permanently withdrawn for business, platform or technical reasons, Free to Be SHE™ will, where reasonably practicable:
You are responsible for keeping your email address current and for downloading any materials expressly made downloadable before a notified access deadline.
Access is for the named purchaser only. You must keep login details secure and must not share, sell, sublicense or transfer your account or course access to another person without written permission.
You must not copy, reproduce, screen-record, republish, upload, teach from, distribute, sell, adapt or commercially exploit course content except where the law permits or Free to Be SHE™ has given written permission. Downloadable worksheets may be printed or stored for your own personal use.
Access may be temporarily suspended where there is credible evidence of account sharing, copyright infringement, misuse, unlawful activity, security risk or a serious breach of these terms. Except where urgent action is necessary, you will normally be contacted and given a reasonable opportunity to respond. Permanent termination will be proportionate and will not remove statutory rights.
You are responsible for a compatible device, supported browser, internet connection, functioning email address and any ordinary software needed to view the course. Any material technical requirements known to Free to Be SHE™ will be stated before purchase.
Short periods of unavailability may occur because of maintenance, updates, security work, platform outages or events outside reasonable control. Free to Be SHE™ will take reasonable steps to restore access and, where appropriate, provide an alternative. Temporary interruption does not automatically create a right to a full refund, but your statutory remedies remain available where digital content or services are not supplied as agreed.
Free to Be SHE™ may make reasonable changes to improve clarity, accessibility, accuracy, safety, technology or presentation. Changes will not materially remove the core course promised at purchase without an appropriate remedy.
The course reflects information and practices available when produced. Personal-development information is general and results vary. No specific emotional, relationship, health, career, financial or other outcome is guaranteed.
The course must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose made known and agreed, and match its description. If there is a fault, contact info@freetobeshe.com with your name, order details and a description of the problem.
Free to Be SHE™ will investigate and, where required by law, provide an appropriate remedy. This may include repair or replacement of the affected content. If a repair or replacement is impossible, unsuccessful, not provided within a reasonable time or would cause significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for damage to your device or other digital content where applicable consumer law gives you a remedy and Free to Be SHE™ failed to use reasonable care and skill.
To raise a cancellation request, technical problem or complaint, email info@freetobeshe.com. Include your full name, purchase date, order reference if available, and a clear explanation of the request or problem.
Free to Be SHE™ will acknowledge the request and explain the proposed outcome. Any refund legally due will normally be made to the original payment method within 14 days of agreement or the date required by law, without a separate refund-processing fee.
A refusal to use, complete or engage with the course after lawful immediate supply has begun does not itself make the course faulty and does not normally create a right to a change-of-mind refund.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Free to Be SHE™ Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection law. Purchase information will be used to administer access, payments, customer support, security and legal obligations. Marketing messages will be sent only where there is a lawful basis, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or replaces rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This box is not pre-ticked. You must actively select it before access begins, and your consent and acknowledgement will be recorded with your order and confirmed again in your order-confirmation email.
